My biggest piece of advice for wedding planning is simple: hire Dani immediately. She is truly top-tier and in a league of her own. As a Type A, detail-oriented, New Yorker, I don’t say this lightly— I met my match with Dani, I genuinely couldn’t have planned or executed our wedding without her. She is creative, proactive, dynamic, and a true jack-of-all-trades. Without a doubt, she was the best part of our entire wedding planning process. Dani is always one step ahead, handling everything seamlessly and flawlessly. From vendor contracts and logistics to day-of setup, crisis management, family/guest coordination, photos, and every unexpected task in between—she manages it all with ease and keeps you completely at peace. She’s an incredible person who becomes a best friend throughout the process. When our wedding was over, I was most sad that I wouldn't be talking to Dani everyday (although we still do). I can’t say enough wonderful things about her—I'd honestly hire her for any job in any field of work, (wish she would work on my team in finance). Dani is one of one, trust me, you need Dani.
